We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Role

This is a sales-focused account management role where you'll manage warm enquiries, build your own pipeline, convert opportunities into orders, and develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

You'll become a trusted adviser, helping customers choose the right vehicle and finance solution while guiding them through every stage of the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound sales enquiries from business and private customers.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into vehicle orders.
Develop long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional vehicles and services.
Negotiate confidently while delivering excellent value and customer service.
Liaise with finance providers, dealerships and manufacturers.
Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A confident and motivated salesperson with a passion for delivering results.
Experienced in sales, account management or business development.
An excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust.
Commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Organised, self-motivated and target driven.
Comfortable managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales process.

Desirable Experience

Vehicle leasing or automotive sales.
Fleet management.
Financial services or asset finance.
B2B sales.
CRM systems.

Pay: £25,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
