What will you be doing?
As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you'll be one of the friendly faces our guests see during their stay. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while providing great customer service and serving a selection of hot drinks and food.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests and providing friendly and attentive customer service.
- Taking guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and serving hot drinks to a high standard.
- Preparing and serving basic food items.
- Informing guests about the day's specials and other products available.
- Following all Coffee Shop procedures and maintaining high standards of service.
- Keeping the Coffee Shop clean, tidy and welcoming for our guests.
- Working confidently both independently and as part of a team.
What are we looking for?
Previous coffee shop or hospitality experience is helpful but isn't essential. We're looking for people with a positive attitude who enjoy working with people and providing great customer service.

- Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
