Full job description

The Clinical Governance Team are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to our busy and friendly team.

The successful candidate will be computer literate, with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to consistently delivering a high-quality service.

In this role, you will act as a Team Administrator/Coordinator, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting team activities. You will play a key role in ensuring governance processes run effectively, contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality mental health care.

This post requires a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. You will work both independently and as part of a team.

In return, we offer support, supervision, and development opportunities within a rewarding and impactful role.

To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Business Manager and wider team.
To coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and distributing documentation in a timely manner.
To maintain and monitor staff sickness and absence records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
To use the Trust Shared Business System (Oracle) to raise requisitions, process orders, and receipt invoices as required.
To maintain oversight of administrative processes and workflow within the team, supporting efficiency and effective service delivery.
To consistently deliver a high-quality, service user-focused service, promoting excellent customer care and effective working relationships.
To support clinical governance processes, including data management, reporting, and coordination of governance activity.
