Full job description

We're Hiring! – Full Time Office Administrator / Customer Care Co-ordinator

Carterton, Oxfordshire

Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm with 1/2 for lunch

£25,000 - based on a 37.5-hour week

Fleximobility is a growing business specialising in wheelchair accessible vehicles, supporting individuals, families, charities, schools and care organisations across the UK. We are looking for a positive and reliable person to join our small, supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

Ensuring calls are answered quickly and customer questions and queries are dealt efficiently by the right member of staff.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintaining records using our in-house systems (training given)
Making appointments with garages for servicing our fleet vehicles throughout the country.
Issuing documentation to our demonstrators and delivery drivers.
Sending out invoices and taking payments swiftly where appropriate
Communicating and working closely with colleagues to ensure best outcomes for the customers and the business
Process booking for Hires and Leases accurately.
Always maintain a high standard of customer service.
Complete administrative tasks as required.
Assisting with small marketing tasks.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills. An empathetic nature.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
