We’re seeking to engage an Executive Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is highly organised, proactive, and discreet

- provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team

The role is remote and flexible in nature. In this role you’ll be working closely with the members of the Board, you will play a key role in coordinating executive activities, managing Board administration, handling confidential business information, and supporting operational priorities across the consultancy. This is a trusted position requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced professional environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Executive Support

Provide proactive day-to-day support to the CEO, CTO, COO, and BOM, including complex diary management, travel coordination (UK and International), correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials, while tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up on key priorities.

Board & Governance Support

Coordinate Board and Leadership Team meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, Board papers, meeting packs, and accurate minutes.
Maintain Board records and governance documentation, ensuring all confidential information is handled securely and professionally.
Support leadership decision-making through effective information management.

Business Operations Support

Support the leadership team with confidential documentation, reports, operational projects, and company-wide planning activities.
Coordinate internal communications, business events, and administrative initiatives, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Administration

Maintain effective document management systems, process expenses, and provide high-quality administrative support across the executive team.
Providing team wide support with formatting documents, presentations, and research.
Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Board-level administrator.
Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
Excellent diary and calendar management skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Desirable:

Experience within a consultancy, professional services, or environmental business.
Experience supporting Board governance and preparing Board papers.
Project coordination or business operations.
Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, or similar.
