Equans is recruiting for a Premises Assistant to join the team in Highbury Grove School, Islington, London N5 2EQ . This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30,810.00 per annum and benefits package

Shift Times :

Monday to Friday 6.30-14.30 - 30 mins break

Monday to Friday 8.30-16.30 - 30 mins break

Monday to Friday 10.30-18.30 - 30 mins break

What will you deliver?

As a premises assistant you will manage site access and safety, performs routine maintenance and repairs, conducts regular equipment and safety checks, maintains records, liaises with contractors, supports customer service, and provide cover for the Premises Manager when required

Who we are looking for?

Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
Good reading and writing skills
Basic computer literacy would be desirable or willingness to train as required
Knowledge of health and safety
