Job Description

We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as an Investment Solutions Sales in London.

Who we are:

Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and fuelled by innovation, Lynceus Partners is the next-generation Structured Products provider, combining derivatives knowledge from our team of experts and latest technological developments to create a comprehensive ecosystem for Institutional and Wealth clients.

We are looking for a Sales with a network in the Wealth and Asset Management sector in the UK area promote our services.

Your main responsibilities:

As an Investment Solutions Sales, you will be joining a dynamic team with the responsibility to co-develop our presence in the UK and more specifically with family offices and independent Asset Managers.
The role is based in London.
You will be accountable for the commercial strategy on this market, including client acquisition and retention strategies, promotion of Lynceus Partners' financial expertise and technological solutions as well as revenue generation. You will enlarge and diversify client’s portfolio.
You will deliver cross asset solutions as well as other outcome-oriented investment products (private debt, private equity) that will match client’s needs.

Requirements

You are natural at building human relationships with clients and colleagues alike, you have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset, you are a team-player with an effective communication towards colleagues and clients alike.

You can identify and analyse client’s needs, translate those needs into investible, simple, and clear investment ideas.

You are result-oriented. You take lead, show self-motivation and ambition for personal and professional achievements. You have a competitive drive to get things done.

You are agile and proactive in accompanying change (in various situations). You are willing to challenge yourself, learn and improve. You are willing to expand your knowledge through experience or education.

What experience and background we are looking for:

Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering…
1-3 years of experience in offering investment solutions to an institutional client based in the UK.
A working knowledge of the private assets market or a willingness and interest to develop professional competencies in this class of assets
The ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
