Full job description

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (40 hours)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for a fast-paced and rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised individual to join our friendly team as a Customer Service Representative.

We are Smoke-King, the UK's most trusted tobacconist. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and high-quality products to our valued customers.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be working in a dynamic environment where multitasking is key. Responsibilities include:

Processing age verification checks
Handling customer queries via phone, live chat, WhatsApp and email
Chasing delivery partners for updates
Taking telephone orders
Completing various administrative tasks to support the business

What We’re Looking For:

Customer service experience is essential
Strong communication skills (both written and phone)
Calm under pressure and highly organised
Self-motivated with attention to detail
Able to work independently in a remote setting
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
A quiet, comfortable home workspace for weekly team meetings
Comfortable handling alcohol and tobacco queries (product knowledge not required)
Team player, effective communication with the warehouse team is key
