Hotel Assistant

37.5 hrs per week over 5 days

We are seeking to recruit a team of Hotel Assistants offering new opportunities to gain experience in hotel reception as well as food and beverage service.

The Role

This is a varied role working within our hotel reception team and also working across our food and beverage areas including our 2 Rosette Hotel Restaurant. Your weekly rota will be split between these areas, covering a range of shifts including weekend working.

As a Hotel Receptionist you will be welcoming guests, checking in guests, organising guest billing and checking out guests on their departure.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be serving food and beverage within our restaurant, banqueting or lounge areas.

Requirements

You must have transport due to the hotels semi-rural location
You must have smart appearance.
Excellent communication skills
A passion for guest service and experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required.
Ability to work flexible shifts 5 days, 37.5 hrs per week including weekends. Shift patterns include; 6.30am to 1.00pm, 7am – 2.30pm and 3.30pm to 11pm
