Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, public relations, and content creation to contribute to our organisation’s growth.

Duties

Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
Manage daily content creation, including writing posts, designing visuals, and scheduling updates across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster positive community engagement.
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to optimise future strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Manage and update company website with new products and personal stories page.
Manage Google advertisements campaigns and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to optimise future strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
Creative flair with an eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency.
Organisation skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a keen interest in emerging social media trends and technologies.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential. This position provides a fantastic platform for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in social media marketing within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
