At Dementia UK, we make sure families affected by dementia don’t face it alone. Through our specialist Admiral Nurses, we provide expert advice and support when it’s needed most.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our Consultant Admiral Nurse & Health Inequalities Team and Dementia at Work Team. These teams lead a range of programmes, partnerships and initiatives designed to improve support for people affected by dementia, and this role plays a key part in helping that work run smoothly.

This is a varied role that combines administration, coordination and project support. You will manage meetings and events, maintain systems and records, support reporting and data processes, coordinate documentation and agreements, and help keep projects and programmes on track across multiple workstreams.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment. You will have experience supporting projects or programmes, maintaining databases and systems, and working with data and reporting processes. Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Teams, Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.

You will be comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, working independently and collaborating across remote teams. Experience supporting webinars, events, service delivery or partnership-based programmes would be an advantage.

This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to complex pieces of work, takes pride in delivering high-quality support and can confidently work across a range of activities at the same time.
