High-End Collection Manager
Contract: Fixed term, Full-Time Contract – until 31st December
Location: Chanel HQ, London

Your Role at CHANEL

You will contribute to the development and growth of the High-End business by managing High Jewellery and Haute Horlogerie stock through close collaboration with Global teams and boutique partners.

As part of the Watches & Fine Jewellery Division within one of the world’s most creative and inspiring Maisons, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Watches & Fine Jewellery team, boutiques and key stakeholders across the business to support strategic business objectives.

Stock & Operational Management:

Partner with Global teams to negotiate and manage High-End stock allocations, ensuring boutique requests are aligned with regional business priorities and client opportunities
Oversee daily boutique stock requests, coordinating allocations and follow-ups to ensure timely availability of High-End pieces
Curate High-End assortments for local events, client experiences and key strategic business moments to maximize commercial opportunities and client engagement
Coordinate and monitor special orders in collaboration with Global teams, ensuring accurate follow-up and smooth execution from request to delivery
Develop and refine stock allocation models based on boutique profiles, client potential, sales performance and business needs to optimize inventory deployment
Build, monitor and analyse High-End sales forecasts and performance reports to identify opportunities, support decision-making and drive business growth

Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Mix of analytical and soft skills with project management and ability to onboard the teams and bring a collective energy
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
