About the role

Every deal you touch is already won. Your job is to get it paid.

Visagé Pro is a UK aesthetic device brand working with clinics, medi-spas and private hospitals across the UK and Ireland. Our Business Development Managers agree terms with clinic owners, then hand the deal to you. From that moment, everything through to payment belongs to you, order confirmation, deposit, finance pack, funder submission, decline recovery, and the final balance, with a close eye on delivery so the funder can release payout.

This is not an admin seat that waits to be told. It is a completions desk with its own number, and the person in it keeps the pipeline moving so the BDMs stay selling.

What you will own

Order confirmation and deposit invoice out on day one, collected inside 72 hours,
Finance packs built and chased on a daily cadence, ID, bank statements, proof of trading,
Submission to the right funder from our panel, decision chased inside 24 to 48 hours,
Declines re-brokered to the next funder the same day, every time,
Finance documents signed, payout confirmed, balance invoice settled,
A close eye on delivery progression, delivery and installation are handled by customer service, but you track it so proof of delivery is in and the funder can release payout,
Pipeline hygiene in our CRM, every deal in the right stage with a dated next action,
A weekly pipeline report, terms agreed in, deals paid in full out, days to completion, stuck list.

A week in the seat

Mornings are the chase list, deposits first, finance packs second. Afternoons are funder submissions and decision chasing. Later in the week is settling balances and confirming deliveries have landed so payouts can be released. Throughout, you're the calm, clear voice keeping clients reassured while their deal moves home.

Who we are looking for

You are warm, patient and unflappable on the phone, and you get a genuine kick out of driving a stalled thing over the line. You've worked a sales cycle before, so you understand how a deal moves from yes to paid, and you're comfortable enough with business finance and lease purchase to talk a client through the next step without escalating everything upstairs. You take ownership by instinct. When something stalls, you re-broker, you chase, you find the way, you don't hand it back.

You will likely have:

Experience in sales support, sales progression, case management or completions,
A working understanding of business finance or lease purchase agreements,
The organisation to hold 20 to 30 live cases at once without letting any slip,
Confidence and warmth on the phone, especially with anxious or frustrated clients,
The right to work in the UK.

Nice to have:

A background in aesthetics, beauty, medical devices or high-volume sales,
Experience with a CRM
