Brand & Growth Marketing Manager

Purpose
To accelerate growth across Milestone Education and The Teaching School by creating marketing strategies, campaigns and communications that influence behaviour, generate demand and strengthen the brands position in the market.
The purpose of the opportunity is to ensure every product, service, campaign, initiative and opportunity is communicated in a way that creates measurable impact.
From candidate attraction and client acquisition to internal engagement, product promotion and brand positioning, this role will sit at the centre of how our businesses communicate, grow and evolve.
This is not simply a marketing role.
It is a brand growth role.
About This Role
Most marketing roles focus on one audience.
At Milestone, you'll be responsible for influencing several.

You'll help drive growth across two brands, of which there are four sale’s divisions and 10 revenue streams.
You won't be responsible for one brand, one audience or one service line.
You'll be responsible for ensuring brilliant ideas don't stay hidden.
Instead, you'll turn them into campaigns, stories, systems and communications that generate awareness, engagement, leads and revenue.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Strengthening the already well-respected reputation of both brands within their specific markets
- Creating and evolving brand narratives
- Supporting product and service positioning
- Managing brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Supporting awards, recognition and industry visibility
- Ensuring our mission, values and differentiation are clearly communicated
Lead Generation & Commercial Growth
- Driving candidate attraction strategies
- Supporting client acquisition campaigns
- Generating leads for wellbeing services
- Supporting recruitment, training and commercial divisions through campaign activity
- Improving conversion journeys and campaign effectiveness
- Working closely with sales teams to support commercial growth
Product & Service Promotion
- Launching and promoting new services and initiatives
- Creating marketing plans for multiple revenue streams
- Supporting SkillsBridge, wellbeing services and future product growth
- Developing compelling customer journeys
- Creating launch strategies that generate engagement and demand
Internal Communications & Engagement
One of the most important parts of this role.

Your role is to help communicate that expertise internally.
Many of our employees are exceptional in their own specialist areas but may not fully understand the breadth of services, products, innovations and opportunities available elsewhere in the business.

Working Environment
This is a full-time role based around a 40-hour working week.

Remuneration, Rewards & Recognition
Salary
£35,000 – £45,000
