A Plus Aluminium have a unique opportunity for a Office Administrator to join our growing team based in Watford .

We offer the successful Office Administrator a competitive starting salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus performance based bonuses, pension scheme and other excellent benefits.

This job is available to both part-time and full-time candidates. We can be flexible on working hours - which could make this an ideal job for someone looking to work within the school day.

A Plus Aluminium are a focused, supply-only manufacturer of high quality bespoke aluminium and windows, doors, curtain walling and shop-fronts.

The Office Administrator Role

You will be responsible for multiple administrative functions within our busy office, including purchasing, deliveries, answering the phone and dealing with customer service issues.

All staff have personal development plans to develop themselves within and beyond their roles at the company.

Key responsibilities as our Office Administrator:

- Matching supplier acknowledgments, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.

- Checking invoices against deliveries and current price lists.

- Answering the phone and dealing with customer issues.

- Processing new orders and enquires

Key Skills for our Office Administrator:

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent organisation skills and multi-tasking

- Ability to work accurately and quickly.

- A confident phone manner.

Our office is located on an industrial centre with limited public transport, you will need to be able to travel to and from work independently. The office is based in Watford which is commutable from Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Borehamwood, Harrow, Edgware, Kings Langley and surrounding areas.
