Job Summary:

Relax Renew Refresh Wellness Services Ltd is seeking a Wellness Programmes Manager to plan and deliver engaging wellbeing programmes for individuals, workplaces, and community groups. This role suits an organised and people-focused professional who can coordinate activities, support participants, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate wellness programmes aligned with organisational goals and employee needs.
Manage relationships with external vendors, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure programme success.
Oversee the planning and coordination of health-related events, workshops, and seminars.
Supervise a team of wellness coordinators or assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure programme objectives are met.
Maintain administrative records related to programme participation, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Monitor programme budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
Promote awareness of wellness initiatives through internal communications and engagement strategies.
Analyse data to assess programme effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant health regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in programme management within health, wellbeing, or related sectors.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrable administrative experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Management experience including supervising teams or overseeing external contractors or vendors.
Experience in organising events or workshops related to health and wellness is desirable.
Familiarity with organisational policies on health and safety is advantageous.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
