We employ exceptional people who are engaged and rewarded for the value they bring to our business, and now we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Manager to join our team in Livingston. If you share our passion for outstanding customer service, quality products and integrity, then we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do –

· Oversee all daily branch operations including sales, operations, administration, Health and Safety, people management and stock control;

· Supervise, motivate and lead the branch team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service, leading by example and acting as a role model at all times;

· Take responsibility for the delivery of sales and profit growth, and ensure the achievement of high performance levels from all areas of the branch across a suite of financial and business KPI’s;

· Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, company policies, and industry regulations;

· Lead by example in delivering outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally;

· Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers and manage stock, pricing policy and margin to generate maximum profitability for the branch.

· Drive business growth through local marketing and strategic planning.

· A profit driven, tenacious and ambitious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn and develop their career;

· Strong IT skills;

· A self-motivator with the ability to embrace change;

· A passion for helping our business continue to grow and succeed;

· Customer-focused and professional at all times;

· Previous branch management experience in a builders merchants or in the building industry is essential.
