About Armada Growth

Armada Growth is a UK-based digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through high-quality digital marketing services. We partner with experienced freelance specialists to deliver exceptional results while providing a professional and reliable service to our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled freelance Google Ads (PPC) Manager to join our contractor network. You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns for businesses across a range of industries. We're looking for someone who is analytical, results-driven and focused on delivering measurable return on investment.

Responsibilities

Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create high-converting search, display, shopping, video and Performance Max campaigns where appropriate.
Write compelling ad copy and optimise landing page recommendations.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for results.
Manage bidding strategies, budgets and audience targeting.
Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager where required.
Produce clear performance reports and actionable insights.
Implement client feedback and campaign revisions.
Communicate professionally with the Armada Growth team throughout each project.

Requirements

Proven professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results.
Google Ads certification is preferred.
Excellent understanding of PPC strategy, bidding, Quality Score and conversion optimisation.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and time management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
