Full job description

Utelogy provides enterprise software for managing, monitoring, and analysing workplace technology environments. We’re looking for a Support Technician to join our growing EMEA operations team, supporting some of the world's leading organisations as they enhance their modern workplace technology estates.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for customer support requests
Troubleshooting issues across AV, IT, and Unified Communications environments
Supporting the coordination of driver development requests from intake through release
Working directly with customers to facilitate testing, approvals, and user acceptance
Collaborating with internal engineering, support, and customer success teams
Helping improve processes and service delivery standards

What We're Looking For

Degree in IT, Computing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across IT, AV, and UC technologies
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
A proactive and innovative mindset and desire to learn
