Manchester Full‑time Starting salary £45,000 + Bonus / Incentives

We are looking for a new Marketing Manager

HDG Business Group operates six hospitality venues in prime locations across Manchester, including To Be Frank NQ and HAUS. With plans to expand and a new alcohol brand launching this summer, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive a series of exciting projects and ventures.

This is a dual role. You’ll take ownership of both sides of the business:
multi‑site hospitality marketing and brand‑building for a new product in the aperitif category we are manufacturing to enter the drinks market.

It’s the best of both worlds with the stability and scale of established venues, plus the energy and creativity of a startup drinks brand. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role. You’ll be shaping our brands, driving footfall, building campaigns, managing content output, and making sure our venues and products show up properly across every channel.

What you’ll be doing

Leading marketing for all six HDG venues - campaigns, content, events, partnerships, paid media, and influencer activity.
Owning the full marketing strategy for our startup alcohol brand - brand identity, launch plan, trade marketing, social, PR, and ongoing growth.
Creating high‑quality visual content (advanced graphic design skills essential).
Managing and briefing freelancers, designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
Building and executing influencer campaigns that actually convert, not just look good.
Developing brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identities.
Planning and delivering multi‑site campaigns that drive revenue and customer engagement.
Reporting on performance, tracking KPIs, and making commercial decisions based on data.
Ensuring all marketing output is consistent, on‑brand, and aligned with our wider business goals.

What we’re looking for

Experience in hospitality marketing (bars, restaurants, nightlife, events, or drinks brands).
Strong graphic design ability — you must be able to produce your own assets.
Proven experience running multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end.
Confidence in brand strategy and building a brand world from scratch.
Experience managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.
Someone who works quickly, independently, and commercially — no corporate layers here.
A marketer who understands culture, trends, and how to make brands feel alive.
Comfortable working across multiple venues and a new product launch simultaneously.
