Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and foster a vibrant restaurant environment in our class leading restaurant. Duties

Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver top-tier service while maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing reservations, coordinating food production, and ensuring efficient service flow.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their skills in hospitality, food handling, and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of dishes.
Manage inventory levels for food supplies, beverages, and kitchen equipment to minimize waste and control costs.
Address customer concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience that encourages repeat visits.
Manage daily social media operations, regularly post, interact with followers, take good quality pictures of food and other operations to create a stock pile of photos.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management skills.
Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes within a commercial kitchen environment.
Experience in hospitality roles particularly waitressing is essential.
Experience supervising and motivating a team to achieve excellent customer service.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling procedures and culinary best practices.
Previous bar experience is a plus; a passion for delivering excellent service is essential.
