Role Overview:

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Production team. The role involves supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, including bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, and health & safety requirements. This is a hands-on role within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out production activities across manufacturing areas including bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning in line with approved SOPs.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) at all times.
Complete production records accurately and in a timely manner.
Report any non-conformances, deviations, or equipment issues to the relevant supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within production areas.
Participate in training and continuous improvement activities as required.
Comply fully with health & safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or pharmaceutical environment is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude to work.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and basic documentation skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Working Hours:

Shift-based working pattern:

Morning Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
Night Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM

Working Conditions:

Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Manual handling and standing for extended periods may be required
Strict adherence to PPE, hygiene, and safety protocols
