PIB Insurance Brokers (part of PIB Group) is a dynamic insurance broker attracting individuals with a wealth of experience in the insurance market. The business provides expertise across a broad range of specialisms and is looking for an experienced Account Handler to join their team in Leicester.

What you’ll be doing:

Build and maintain relationships with key existing Retail Insurance, Wholesale Insurance and/or Reinsurance broking clients.
Develop strategies and goals for the development and management of these accounts, often in collaboration with business developers.
Liaise with brokers and other colleagues to ensure all relevant information is gathered in the preparation of annual renewals and endorsements.
Understand client needs and apply knowledge of risks and the insurance market to find and arrange suitable insurance coverage and policies; act in the interest of the client and offer products from more than one insurer to secure the optimal insurance solution.

Insurance knowledge, ideally commercial lines.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Good client service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
