Full job description

Overview

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator and play a vital role in fostering a positive, efficient, and compliant workplace environment. In this energetic role, you will coordinate essential HR functions, support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure seamless administrative processes. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help drive our organizational success and enhance the employee experience.

Duties

Manage and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes across various platforms including Salesforce and social media channels.
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing staff.
Facilitate communication between HR and employees by preparing correspondence, updating policies, and managing internal communications via social media management tools.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
Collaborate with HR team members to develop reports on staffing metrics, turnover rates, and other key data points to inform decision-making.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries promptly and professionally while supporting HR initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles with a focus on data management and employee support.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar platforms is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Salesforce or Taleo for recruitment purposes.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
Knowledge of social media management tools for internal communications or employer branding is a plus.
Prior experience supporting HR functions within a fast-paced environment will help you excel in this energetic role.
