Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of contractual agreements across various projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal and company standards, minimise risks, and foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to contract administration.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms and compliance with legal requirements.
Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initial proposal through to completion and renewal.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth contract execution.
Monitor contractual performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
Ensure all contracts adhere to organisational policies and relevant legislation.
Provide guidance on contractual obligations and risk management strategies.
Conduct regular audits of existing contracts to identify opportunities for optimisation or renegotiation.

Experience

Proven experience in contract management within a similar industry or environment.
Strong understanding of legal terminology related to contracts, procurement, and compliance.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Demonstrable negotiation skills with a track record of securing favourable terms.
Experience working closely with legal teams or legal advisors is desirable.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.

Pay: £31,785.44-£71,747.24 per year
