We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js) who is eager to kickstart their engineering career and grow alongside our team. You aren't just writing code; you are building scalable applications and solving real-world business problems. You will work alongside senior engineers, bridging the gap between innovative ideas and reliable production code. You are a key contributor to building modern web applications from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Develop, test, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Backend Services: Build, scale, and integrate secure RESTful APIs and backend microservices using Node.js and Express.
Database & Integrations: Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate third-party APIs to support core features.
Quality & Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability, application performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within a collaborative Agile team.

What We Are Looking For:

Technical Skills: Foundational hands-on experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express, and Git workflows.
Portfolio / Projects: Demonstrable personal projects, commercial experience, or relevant internships showing full-stack web applications.
Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking, curiosity to understand how backend and frontend systems interact, and a proactive attitude.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members.
Mindset: Pragmatic, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback that helps you level up your engineering practices.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
