Job Description: Are you passionate about fitness and helping others reach their wellness goals? Do you possess enthusiasm, energy, and a strong work ethic? RISE Bootcamps is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach. While experience is not essential, your drive and commitment are key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead outdoor bootcamp sessions that inspire, challenge, and motivate participants to achieve their fitness objectives.
Create engaging and effective workout routines that cater to varying fitness levels and goals.
Provide personalized online coaching and support to members, offering guidance on nutrition, exercise, and goal setting.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and encouraged throughout their fitness journey.
Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere during bootcamp sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
Conduct fitness assessments and track members' progress to adapt training plans accordingly.
Stay current with industry trends and certifications to continually enhance your fitness knowledge.
Collaborate with fellow franchisees and the corporate team to uphold the RISE Bootcamps brand and standards.
Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling, member communication, and business operations.

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive training environment.
A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Basic knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles (experience preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day operations of your franchise.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
