Apprenticeship Industry Trainer – Business Services

Department: Access Industry Apprenticeships
Location: Predominantly Online / Remote (with local employer workshops)
Contract: Full-time (Part-time possible)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 FTE

About the Role

Are you an experienced business, customer service, or leadership professional with a
passion for developing talent? We are seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Industry
Trainer to deliver engaging learning for our Business Administrator (Level 3), Customer
Service (Levels 2 & 3), and Team Leader / Supervisor (Level 3) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver & Educate: Lead high-quality virtual webinars, workshops, and 1-to-1
coaching.
Manage Caseload: Support a portfolio of 40–45 active apprentices (pro-rata for
part-time) through to successful End Point Assessment (EPA).
Track & Guide: Monitor progress, ensure off-the-job training compliance, and
coordinate individualised learning plans.
Employer Engagement: Work alongside employers and line managers to align
workplace learning with apprenticeship standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering vocational or apprenticeship training in business,
admin, customer experience, or leadership.
Solid understanding of ESFA funding rules, EPA preparation, and Ofsted EIF.
Level 2 (or higher) in Maths and English.
Teaching (AET/CET/DET) or Assessor (CAVA/TAQA) qualifications are highly
desirable.
Excellent virtual delivery, organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to
progress tracking.
