Part-Time Spa Receptionist Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our welcoming team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy spa environment and takes pride in providing outstanding guest care.

Working Days & Hours:

Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
Between 10:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and professional manner.
Manage appointments using our booking system.
Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide information about our spa treatments, facilities and retail products.
Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
Keep the reception area clean, organised and welcoming.
Support the wider spa team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the reception.

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A friendly, positive and professional attitude.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Basic computer skills and confidence using booking systems.
The ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
Previous experience working in a spa or salon is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
