Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily business activities . This energetic role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional management skills, a passion for team leadership, and a keen eye for operational excellence. As an integral part of our team, you will drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in warehouse distribution to ensure smooth operations and sustained growth. IT knowledge is required as understanding our erp software as well as out database.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve targets and deliver outstanding service
Manage performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and happy team
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and effective stock management
Coordinate administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and compliance with company policies
Enhance phone etiquette standards and communication protocols to ensure professional interactions with customers and staff

Skills

Effective communication with team members and supply partners
A strong background in supervising teams, noticing issues and solving them
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide colleagues towards shared goals
Strong organisational skills with an emphasis on time management and multitasking capabilities
Effective communication skills for clear instructions and positive conflict resolution
Administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and maintaining operational documentation

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
