Job Title: Change Analyst (Internal Title: Junior Consultant)

Location: Hybrid, up to 75% travel to client sites across the United Kingdom

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000(Dependant on Experience), plus benefits

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Change Managers in developing and implementing change management plans for digital and transformation projects.
Assisting in the analysis of current work processes and supporting the design of future state ways of working alongside clinical and operational staff.
Supporting stakeholder engagement activity to build understanding, buy-in and commitment to change across affected teams.
Helping to identify the impact of new processes and systems on clinical and operational areas, including training, equipment or role-related needs.
Contributing to the development and maintenance of change management documentation, including stakeholder maps, communications plans and training needs assessments.
Supporting the coordination of training and readiness activity ahead of go-live, working closely with project and training teams.
Assisting with transition management activity to help maintain business as usual during periods of significant change.
Supporting the application of recognised change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, PRINCE2) under guidance.
Contributing to benefits realisation activity, including tracking adoption and supporting post-implementation review.

What You’ll Bring to The Team

The following skills and experience are required to succeed in this role:

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage a range of audiences.
Experience in developing and maintaining change management documentation (e.g. stakeholder maps, communications plans, training logs).
A genuine interest in change management, digital transformation and healthcare.
Experience working within healthcare, or a strong desire to build a career in the sector.
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable updates for project teams and stakeholders.
Exposure to change management methodologies and tools, including Prosci ADKAR, PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
Familiarity with NHS structures or digital health policy and transformation programmes.
Understanding of how digital systems and new ways of working affect clinical and operational teams.

Additional Skills That Set You Apart

Experience in digital healthcare, consulting, or change delivery roles.
Foundation-level change management qualification (e.g. Prosci Change Management Certification) or working towards one.
Experience of process re-design or service improvement techniques.
Exposure to benefits realisation approaches, tools and techniques.
Familiarity with NHS digital platforms and clinical systems implementations.
Experience working in a scaling organisation, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and structures.
Experience supporting training delivery or coordinating training logistics.
