Training Programme Leading to Full-Time Employment
This role begins as a part-time training position for an initial 8-week period, allowing you to learn the skills, techniques, and standards required to become a successful Repair Technician. Upon successful completion of the training programme, the role will transition into a full-time, permanent position with excellent long-term career prospects.
Location
We are actively seeking applicants located around Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire & Leeds areas. As a Technician, you’ll primarily work throughout these areas but may occasionally be required to travel to other areas.

What You'll Learn:
Our comprehensive, in-house apprenticeship program means no need for college attendance -you'll receive all your training right at our Head Office in Cheadle and by shadowing our highly skilled Senior Technicians. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Repairing worktops, laminates, and ceramics
- Restoring baths & sanitary ware
- Working with UPVC, brick, stone, and more
- Spraying and various other surface restoration techniques
Who We're Looking For:
This is a perfect role for someone seeking a long-term career in a creative and practical field. While experience in artistry or spraying is a plus, it's not essential—we're more interested in your potential and your passion. We're looking for someone who:
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Can work well both in a team and independently
