The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Inbound Telesales Advisors to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service and have a passion for sales. You will be handling inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries via telephone, live chat and emails.

Hours of work:

37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 10am-18.30pm.

Rate of Pay: Salary is £29,000. Plus, bonus scheme payable monthly based on sales value taken over the telephone.

Onto the nitty gritty!

Answering inbound calls in a busy call centre environment and assisting customers with their inquiries.
Identifying sales opportunities and converting them into successful sales on telephone and live chat
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience.

We’d like to meet someone with

Previous experience in a telesales role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A confident and persuasive approach to sales.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections effectively.
