Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care and Planning Manager to join our team in GB. Based in our regional office, you will play a vital role in coordinating customer service efforts and planning operations to ensure seamless project execution aligned with our company's standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities

Oversee customer care activities to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.
Coordinate planning processes for insulation projects, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
Collaborate with operational teams to optimize project workflows.
Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives and planners.
Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Analyze project data to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer care and planning functions.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in customer service or planning roles within the construction or insulation industry.
Strong leadership and supervising skills.
Excellent communication skills in English
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Multilingual abilities are considered a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools and software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
