Account Executive (B2B SaaS / Fintech)

Surbiton, London (Hybrid) | £40,000 Base | £110,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission

Boogi is a profitable fintech helping banks and fast scaling fintechs launch cashback and rewards programmes used by millions of consumers. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to win new business and help shape the next stage of our commercial team.

Boogi powers cashback and rewards for many of the UK's leading fintechs. This includes Trading 212, Capital on Tap, Think Money and many others. By joining the Boogi team you'll not only unlock huge earning potential for yourself as an AE, but by delivering cashback programs for our fintech customers, you'll help millions of everyday people to save when they spend on their favorite debit and credit cards. Boogi is scaling up fast to be the world's leading fintech rewards supplier, join the team and accelerate with us.

What you'll do:

Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
Sell directly to fintechs, banks and financial institutions across the UK and internationally.
Run discovery calls, demos and commercial negotiations.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
Consistently generate and close new business opportunities.

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have 2+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
Have sold software in the £20k–£40k ACV range (or similar).
Are an excellent written and verbal communicator.
Build trust quickly and communicate with confidence.
Are naturally curious, resilient and highly competitive.
Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Have fintech or financial services experience (preferred).

What we offer:

£40,000 base salary.
£110,000 OTE with uncapped commission.
Hybrid working from our Surbiton office.
