Are you a driven, ambitious experienced installation engineer who takes pride in getting it right first time?

We're a market-leading business with over 8,000 clients and 1,500 five-star reviews, specialising in private domestic heating system maintenance, service and installation. We're not a volume business, and we don't expect our team to complete an unrealistic amount of work every day to make a profit. We focus on providing a quality service that allows us to get it right first time, every time. Experience is essential for this role, but attitude matters just as much.

We invest in our people and provide ongoing technical and professional training. By focusing on developing our team, we've grown consistently year on year - and we're now expanding into a new area. We're opening a new branch within 45 minutes of SL5, with the full backing of our established Pangbourne hub, and we have an opportunity for Installation Engineers to join us as we grow.

You'll have a fully stocked vehicle, an experienced warehouse team, and the day-to-day support of an experienced Installation Manager and dedicated office team - handling bookings, parts and admin so you can focus on the job in hand. You'll also have multiple shift patterns to choose from, including the option of a 4-day week and a 3-day weekend. There's no 24/7 callout to worry about, and all your work will be located within 25 miles of our new branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Boiler, unvented cylinder and heating system installations
Heating system upgrades
Heat pump installations - full training provided
Own the outcome - getting every install right first time and providing exceptional customer service before, during and after every job

Skills and Experience:

At least three years of post-qualification experience is essential
Knowledge of S and Y plan heating wiring
G3 experience is preferred but not essential
OFTEC, LPG and heat pump experience is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided
A driven, ambitious mindset with a genuine love of solving problems
Good planning and organisational skills, with strong analytical thinking
Great communication skills, with the ability to be open, honest and approachable with every customer
A team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high-performing work environment
The courage to learn from setbacks and a desire for continual improvement
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure every job is one we'd be proud to put our name to
