About Us
Established in 1994, Titchfield Group is one of the UK’s largest providers of both Out of Home advertising and commercial property refurbishment services, with offices in both Cardiff, Cuffley, Germany, Morecambe and Spain.

With over 30 years’ experience in the media, building and commercial sectors, our owners have created, developed, and delivered successful campaigns and projects. This covers a range of building services, including to large scale construction developments. Our company has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and develop our quality systems, ensuring our products and services consistently meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing audits, and fostering a strong quality culture across the organisation. This is an on site role, where you will be travelling to different projects, in our company vehicle.

Duties include:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies
Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections
Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Manage non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices
Oversee supplier quality and ensure vendor compliance
Conduct GPR scans
Survey and inspect sites

Key Skills

Proven experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role
Strong knowledge of quality standards or relevant industry standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Relevant degree or professional qualification in quality, engineering, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including working with tablets for the purposes of on-site digital data capture.
Strong IT skills including Excel and CAD.
