Full job description

IRIV Design is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to support our growing portfolio of high-end commercial workplace fit-out projects. MUST BE LONDON BASED and able to work from site

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician.
Strong commercial workplace fit-out experience.
Excellent knowledge of RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
Strong technical detailing and drawing production skills.
Experience coordinating with M&E, structural engineers and contractors.
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a bonus).
Able to work independently and communicate confidently with project teams.

This is a initially part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), with the opportunity to become full-time as our workload grows.
