Base Location: Dublin / Leinster / Midlands

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

We're looking for Project Managers to join our Domestic Retrofit team to manage multiple domestic projects in Dublin / Leinster / Midlands regions within our One Stop Shop and Better Energy Homes programmes. Through our One Stop Shop, we help Approved Housing Bodies, Local Authorities & Private Homeowners reduce their carbon footprint by delivering quality energy upgrade measures such as solar panels, windows and doors, heat pumps and insulation measures.

What You'll Do

Lead the end to end delivery of SEAI grant funded domestic retrofit projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and manage multiple contractors across a range of energy upgrade measures, driving programme performance while maintaining exceptional health, safety and quality compliance.
Take ownership of projects from post-sales handover through design coordination, planning, implementation, quality assurance, practical completion and final close-out.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, BER Assessors, technical teams and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Ensure compliance with SEAI programme requirements, company procedures and all relevant regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement across the retrofit programme.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator delivering domestic retrofit, residential construction or similar construction-related projects.
Strong understanding of SEAI grant schemes, domestic retrofit processes and building fabric improvement measures, including insulation, windows and doors, ventilation, heating systems and solar PV.
Demonstrated experience managing contractors, project budgets, programme schedules and customer expectations within a fast-paced delivery environment.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and quality management systems, with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices and drive a strong safety culture.
Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
A relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline is desirable. A construction trade background or experience within the residential retrofit sector would be highly advantageous.
