Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties

Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer interactions
Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff to deliver outstanding service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous cleanliness standards across all areas
Oversee food production processes to guarantee quality, consistency, and timely delivery of dishes
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability
Train new employees on restaurant procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience

Skills

Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with strong team management skills
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary practices
Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes
Experience in hospitality environments
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team atmosphere
