Join a company where people genuinely matter.
Let's be honest…
This isn't just another office job.
It's not a call centre.
It's not reading from scripts.
And it's definitely not the sort of job where you're counting the minutes until home time.
At OvenGleamers, you'll spend your day helping lovely customers, solving little challenges, keeping everything organised and working alongside a friendly team who genuinely enjoy coming to work.
We're still a family business at heart and, although we've grown into one of the UK's leading premium oven cleaning companies, we've never lost that family feel.
We've professionally cleaned over 170,000 ovens, range cookers, AGAs, Everhots and BBQs across the UK. From our Head Office in Pill, we support our own fleet of technicians and a growing network of franchisees around the country.
We're ambitious.
We're growing.
And we're looking for one more brilliant person to grow with us.
About the role
You'll often be the very first person our customers speak to.
That means you'll become the friendly voice of OvenGleamers.
Some customers will be booking an oven clean.
Others will have questions.
Some simply need a little reassurance.
Every conversation is different—and that's exactly what makes this role so enjoyable.
No two days are ever the same.
One minute you'll be booking appointments.
The next you'll be working out which technician covers a postcode, checking travel distances on Google Maps, updating customer records, replying to enquiries or helping keep the office running smoothly.
You'll be busy...
...but you'll never be bored.
What you'll be doing
Your day could include:
- Answering inbound customer enquiries.
- Calling customers back following website enquiries.
- Booking appointments and keeping our diaries full.
- Contacting previous customers to arrange their annual clean.
- Producing accurate quotations.
- Updating customer records and maintaining our booking systems.
- Using Google Maps to calculate travel times and technician coverage.
- Working closely with our engineers and franchisees.
- Helping colleagues whenever needed.
- Looking for ways to improve how we work.
When 5pm arrives...
You switch your computer off and go home.
No taking work home.
No evening emails.
No out-of-hours phone calls.
Just a job you can feel proud of.
Full training is provided
You don't need to know anything about ovens before you start.
We'll teach you.
You'll work alongside experienced team members, receive full training and always have someone nearby to ask if you're unsure.
If something technical comes up, our engineers are only ever a phone call away.
We're much more interested in finding the right person than someone who already knows everything.
The perfect person will probably tick most of these boxes...
