Now, as we expand our high-performing sales team, we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive ready to make a real impact, driving new business, building influential relationships nationwide, and championing market-leading Anti-Money Laundering technology that sets the industry standard.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Revenue Growth: Own the revenue responsibility for your territory or sector, driving acquisition of high-value, complex opportunities and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Identify emerging opportunities, market gaps, and new verticals to accelerate business expansion.

Major Account Development & Retention: Develop, manage, and grow relationships with strategic accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering long-term value and driving customer loyalty.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Engage confidently with C-Suite, Partners, Heads of Compliance, and other senior decision-makers. Influence complex decision-making processes and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles effectively.

Solution-Led Selling & Value Articulation: Lead consultative discussions to understand client challenges and align solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. Present complex AML and IDV solutions in a way that demonstrates ROI, regulatory assurance, and operational efficiency.

Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence: Contribute to the broader sales strategy by providing insights on market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments. Advise leadership on opportunities for sector growth, strategic partnerships, and competitive positioning.

Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Drive visibility of high-value opportunities and provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging, optimise campaigns, and deliver seamless client experiences. Provide feedback to product teams to shape enhancements and future solutions aligned with market demand.

Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-value negotiations, balancing client needs with business objectives to secure profitable, long-term agreements. Structure deals that maximise revenue, margin, and client retention.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

Proven Sales Success: A minimum of 4 years' successful experience in a B2B target-driven new business sales environment with a consistent track record of meeting & exceeding revenue and new business targets.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Deep understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Identity Verification (IDV) solutions, sector trends, competitive landscape and regulatory frameworks.

Executive and Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Experience selling into senior decision-makers, C-Suite, Partners, Head of Compliance.

Exceptional Negotiator: Outstanding commercial acumen, a confident negotiator with strong written and verbal skills.

Relationship Management: Skilled in building long-term, trusted advisor relationships and influencing complex buying committees.

Driven & Resilient: Highly self-motivated, resilient and target driven individual, with the ability to drive a high-performance culture, share best practices, and contribute to team strategy.

Technically Confident: Comfortable navigating technology platforms, with the aptitude to quickly understand and articulate the technical and commercial benefits of AML and IDV solutions
