Full job description

The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor within our small team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, you’ll handle incoming customer enquiries, Insurance paperwork, billing and account payments, write letters/emails in correspondence to clients, develop client relationships, spot selling opportunities, and expand your insurance knowledge, all with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm!

With offices located in both Cirencester & Gloucester, you will have the flexibility to work from either location, to suit your own circumstances.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role (desirable, but not essential).
Customer Service Experience (desirable, but not essential).
Excellent telephone manner.
A flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do.
Organised, and a good ability to prioritise and time-manage effectively.
Strong I.T. literacy (MS Word/Excel).
Minimum of Grade '4' in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Able to work 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
