BARISTA

Full Time | 5 out of 7 |Central London | £14.80 per hour

Based within a vibrant university campus, you'll be part of a lively community filled with students, academics and visitors from across the world, making every day exciting, fast-paced and different.

We believe the smallest details make the biggest difference, whether that's remembering a regular's favourite order, producing exceptional latte art or simply making someone's day a little brighter.

We're looking for an experienced Barista who takes real pride in their craft. Someone who enjoys working with premium products, thrives in a busy environment and understands that outstanding service is just as important as outstanding coffee.

THE ROLE

Prepare exceptional coffee, speciality drinks and seasonal beverages to the highest standard
Deliver warm, engaging customer service to students, staff and visitors
Create a welcoming atmosphere where customers enjoy spending time
Maintain an immaculate coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Support the wider catering team during busy service periods
Bring enthusiasm, personality and a passion for great coffee every day

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Previous Barista experience within a busy hospitality environment
Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service
Confidence preparing a wide range of speciality coffees
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
Pride in delivering consistently high standards
