Full job description

This is a great opportunity to join our established team at the Wymondham office, working full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Providing customer service support for both Domestic and Commercial customers, resolving customer queries and complaints.

Key responsibilities:

Dealing with customer delivery issues, domestic and commercial, from initial contract through to resolution.
Answering phone calls, emails and dealing with messages.
Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
Dealing with incoming customer calls and having to make/take “difficult” calls.
Solving complex, sometimes technical, queries and issues.
Ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily in conjunction with other customer service staff/managers.
Taking payments, dealing with delivery queries and inputting orders.
Recording relevant information relating to customer enquiries/complaints onto CODAS.
Administrative duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 2 years experience of working in a customer service role.
Previous experience of selling heating oil or similar products.
IT literate.

Personal Qualities:

Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Friendly and helpful manner.
