About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday (Occasional Weekend work)

Overall Purpose of the Role

To prepare, prime and top coat lattice steel towers to a high standard, report your completed works accurately and in a timely fashion. Working in all weathers throughout the year.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role

Safety – following OCS RAMS and completing dynamic risk assessments
Painting Towers – Carrying equipment to and up lattice steel towers and completing works as issued by the Site Manager including but not limited to the preparation, priming and top coating of towers
Call in Near Miss and Hazard reports
Complete Site Paperwork via App system
Carrying out safety checks of kit and vehicles
Complete other tasks as required

Critical Performance Measures (CPMs) / Objectives

Complete duties to Client and OCS specification
Ensure sites are left clean and tidy when work is completed (daily and at the end of the job)
Follow wayleave agreements
Follow all supplied paperwork including but not limited to: Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH sheets
Ensure all waste is returned to the site yard and segregated appropriately in the skips provided
Ensure all work is completed on time

Experience

Must have Full UK Drivers Licence
Must be willing and able to work outdoor in exposed locations in all weather
Must have a head for heights
