About Karak Chaii

Karak Chaii is one of the UK's fastest-growing chaii café brands, bringing together authentic flavours with a modern café experience. With stores across the UK and ambitious expansion plans, we're looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to help bring our brand to life across both digital and print while supporting the wider marketing function.

The Role

We're looking for a talented, creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for producing engaging, on-brand creative assets while also supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, franchise communications and day-to-day marketing activity.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys both design and marketing and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design marketing assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, posters, menus, flyers, window vinyls, digital screens and POS materials.
Create artwork for seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers and new product launches.
Design promotional materials for franchise stores across the UK.
Produce artwork for packaging, cups, labels and branded merchandise.
Ensure all creative work aligns with Karak Chaii's brand guidelines.
Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with external printers and suppliers.
Edit and retouch product photography where required.
Support new store openings with launch artwork and branding materials.
Maintain and organise brand assets, templates and design files.

Marketing

Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns across all channels.
Create and schedule social media content across Karak Chaii platforms.
Support influencer collaborations, PR campaigns and brand partnerships.
Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Help coordinate photoshoots and video content creation.
Update website banners and marketing content when required.
Produce email marketing assets and promotional materials.
Monitor marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Work closely with Operations and Franchisees to ensure marketing campaigns are executed consistently across all stores.
Support the wider marketing team with day-to-day administrative and creative tasks as required.

About You

Minimum 3 years' experience in a graphic design and marketing role.
Experience within hospitality, retail or food & beverage.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design.
Excellent typography, layout and branding skills.
Experience managing social media content and marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Creative, proactive and eager to contribute new ideas.

Desirable

Knowledge of video editing software.
Photography and content creation experience.
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva and email marketing platforms.
Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
