Full job description

Tender Pro Consultancy is a fast-growing consultancy supporting construction, FM, and professional services businesses across Scotland and the UK to win public sector work. We're a small team with big ambitions, and we're now looking for the right person to grow with us.

This is not a typical admin role. The person we hire will be central to how the business runs, and as we grow, there is a defined path into a management position for the right candidate.

The role

Your core focus will be coordinating our bid process from start to finish. Our process is well defined, and full training will be given, so you don't need bid experience. You do need to be organised, sharp, and able to take ownership of a process and run it without being chased.

Day to day, you will:

Manage bid deadlines, checklists, and submission logistics
Prepare, format, and quality-check bid documents to a professional standard
Maintain our library of case studies, CVs, policies, and certificates
Attend management meetings and contribute ideas to improve how we work
Join customer meetings and build relationships with our clients
As the business grows, help train new staff and take on greater responsibility

About you

Essential:

2 to 3 years' proven experience in an office, coordination, or administrative role
Confident, hands-on user of technology, including modern office systems, mobile apps, and authenticator apps
Quick to adopt new tools, systems, and ways of working, and always looking for a better way to do things
Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
Highly organised, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Initiative to own a process end to end and improve it as you go
Professional and confident in meetings with clients and senior colleagues

Desirable:

Experience of tenders, bids, or public sector procurement
Experience in construction, FM, or professional services environments

What we offer

£30,000 to £35,000 salary depending on experience
