Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant

Liverpool City Centre | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Guaranteed Pay + Performance Bonuses | £28,000-£33,000 OTE (Year One)

The Role

As a Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll become an important part of our events team, representing clients directly with customers at a range of promotional events throughout the region.

Every day brings something different, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable communication, sales, customer service and leadership skills while working in a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Representing well-known brands at promotional events and campaigns
Speaking with customers face-to-face in a professional and engaging manner
Demonstrating products and services
Building positive customer relationships
Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Working towards individual and team performance objectives
Learning sales, marketing and customer acquisition techniques
Collaborating with colleagues to achieve campaign success
Receiving ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced managers
