Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Marketing and Commercial Managers to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution across various channels. Duties

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Lead market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external audiences
Analyse market trends and performance metrics using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans
Monitor budget allocations and optimise resource utilisation for maximum impact
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional development

Experience

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within B2B environments
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex campaigns on time
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialised IT tools
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data and inform decision-making
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing operations is advantageous
Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
